Reservation Guidelines
Note* : There is a three night minimum for the months of February and March.
Rental Guarantee
The dates you reserve are guaranteed unless an unforeseen circumstance beyond
our control causes the home to become unavailable or uninhabitable, in which
case any advanced money will be refunded.
Making Your Reservation
At the time of booking, your initial damage deposit is due. The final lodging
balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If booking a reservation
within thirty (30) days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time
of booking.
Accepted Payment
We accept personal checks, business checks, money orders or cashiers check
made payable to the “Breckenridge House”. We do accept credit cards thru Pay Pal but a 3% handling fee must be added.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
This is required to protect the privately owned home you are renting against
damages. The damage deposit, less any charges assessed, will be returned by
check via mail within fourteen (14) business days after your departure date.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, all monies are non-refundable unless your exact dates
can be re-booked. If we can re-book your exact dates, all monies received,
less a 20% handling fee, will be refunded.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Checkout is by 10:00 A.M. on your
departure date.
Pets and Smoking
Due to allergic reactions, no pets are permitted without prior written consent
of owner. This is a non-smoking property with no exceptions. Violators are
required to pay a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee.
Housekeeping
Prior to your arrival, your vacation home is cleaned and furnished with fresh
linens, towels and supplies. Daily housekeeping is not included.
How to Find Us
Entering Breckenridge from the North (Highway 9), turn right onto Ski Hill
Road. This may be done from Main Street (at Lincoln Avenue), or you can bypass
the downtown area by first turning right on Park Avenue and following it to
the Ski Hill Road intersection. Follow Ski Hill Road (through parking area
for the Peak 8 Ski Lift) onto County Road 3. Continue until the road descends
through some sharp turns (and past a large gray house on left side of road)
toward Cucumber Creek. Leaving the last turn (at about 1.5 miles from the
ski lift), locate a sign on a tree to the right side of the road marked “Zeppelin”
and turn right. Maps are available upon request.
